Zucchini Bread Recipe

Try this easy zucchini bread recipe.

In any Zucchini dish, the zucchini should be young.

They can be cooked in a stew, boiled, prepared hot, cold, stuffed, fried and can also be used to make a low fat zucchini bread.

Zucchini Bread is a nutritious bakery item which is served as fruit and vegetable dish. It has a sweetened flavor.

This bread is perfect in summer and it tastes deliciously.


  • 225 g/8 oz zucchini, grated
  • 225 g/8 oz soft white flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g/10.5 oz sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, grated
  • 3 eggs


Place the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Put the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl and mix them with a blender to make a dense mixture.

Mix the two mixtures and add zucchini.

Preheat the oven to 180° C/350° F and lightly grease the baking pan.

Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake for about 90 minutes.

When done, leave for about 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.

Serve cold.
