What is the best anti-aging diet?
After long research and testing of all sorts of diets and nutrition, I came to several conclusions about how to stop aging (well, at least to slow it a little bit).
Is this a diet that will protect us from aging?
You know very well that it won't. Such a diet does not exist.
However, there are "anti aging foods" which can provide so-called "healthy" aging, free from most aging diseases like arthritis, atherosclerosis, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, dementia and memory loss as well as most of the physical conditions that are common in older people such as hearing problems, loss of teeth and hair, vision problems, wrinkles, joint pain, psychological insecurity and so on.
Even the best anti aging products (which are big business today) won't do as much for you as an adequate diet.
Aging and nutrition are actually connected - if food becomes your ally, you will have a better chance of slowing down the aging process.
I wish you a longer and a happier life with the Mediterranean diet - in my opinion the best anti-aging diet.
