The menu is typically Mediterranean and fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, beautifully cooked and articulately presented to impress you whenever you are here.

The menu is exclusively made for Aura’s clientele and filled with the most innovative and artisanal dishes that you will find nowhere else.

The most amazing preserves and pickles, fragranced syrups and flavored salts, nut oils, buttermilk, tea smoke, gold leaf, salted caramel, whipped butters, wild rose and cheeses, lemon verbena, cardamom, the fresh fruits, specially handmade burrata are some of the essential ingredients made use in this special menu just for you.

Food in Aura is cooked from the best and freshest available local handpicked produce and presented in a beautiful way, the ingredients being mostly organic.

The October 2012 menu has warm breads, preserved pear pickle, whipped citrus butter, hand carved jamón Ibérico de bellota, white peach salad, grilled Mediterranean king prawns, San Rafael mozzarella, Rosemary-seared beef, heirloom tomato salad, handmade burrata, slow roast lamb, pan fired sea bass fillet, organic spit-roasted chicken, homemade focaccia, marinated Galician beef and such other delicacies.

Aura Bar: You will get a range of high quality beers, champagnes, wines and spirits over here. The cocktails offered here are probably the best on the island.

The Open Air Cocktail Terrace provides you a whole range of classical as well as fresh juice exclusive cocktails that you can choose from.

Special events: Friday evenings are special as DJ Antz plays his eclectic solo from various genres like old school, progressive house, deep techno and arms in the air classics.

And this October 31st, join the Halloweens here; this day will also be the last day of Aura Ibiza until it opens in May 2013. The entry is free and the most freakily dressed one will be handed out the spot prizes. You can also just enjoy the vibe and have a three course special Halloween dinner for just 30€ per person.
