Restaurant S’Ametller is located near the Ibiza city center and famous for its excellent quality cuisine served with brilliant services at amazingly low prices.

One will be surprised to know that a three-course menu with dessert and wine is available here for prices as low as € 25 to 35.

The best dishes here are finished culinary products made using the indigenous organic ingredients that give a unique local flavor.

The restaurant is not a big one and can accommodate only 50 people at a time, it is better that you book a table before coming over here.

S’Ametller is an ideal place for small weddings, hen/stag parties, communions and baptism gatherings.

The meticulously arranged tables in the cozy atmosphere with a subtle decoration and lighting offer you a sense of elegant space and an absolute comfort.

The dishes made of fresh vegetables; juicy meat and fresh caught fish are a real delight to taste and served with a friendly personal attention. Each day, a fresh dish springs out of the most innovative of kitchens in Ibiza.

Menu: The menu available here is astonishingly economical, the vegetable dishes, the la carte menu are seasonal and changed regularly to maintain diversity. Be it your lunch or an evening dinner, the dishes are prepared with utmost care to give you a fabulous dining experience.

The sampling menu consists of nine dishes that is a collection of the best flavors from S’Ametller, taste this once and you will it forever. The homemade desserts made here such as carob, quince jelly, strawberry ice creams and flaó are elaborate and delicious too.

The mouth-watering dishes here include crispy rice with pumpkin cream, chives, cheese shavings and gnocchi salad fried in sesame, walnuts, pears and blue cheese sauce.

Baby octopus with parsley and garlic oil, roasted peppers, potato salad, zucchini tart with rosemary and cheese, mushrooms and scrambled eggs, pork tenderloin, mandarin sauce with sautéed vegetables, beef tenderloin, chicken strips with fried rice and fruit curry, sautéed vegetables with mushroom sauce, bacon with wine sauce and red fruits etc. are a delight to savor.

The desserts such as almond and vanilla ice creams, crunchy apple tarts, tangerine-mint sorbet, saucy cheesecake and strawberry and mango ice creams relish you after a delightful dinner.

One can order a 4-course meal that includes salad, fish, meat and a dessert along with a cup of coffee or tea and costs you between 28 to 45 euros for each person!
