Initially the owners intended the Il Capestrano Ristorante Abruzzese Restaurant to be a wine bar or a place for wine tasting but they later on decided to make it a restaurant.

There are 4 rooms in the restaurant and each of these has been named after the provinces of Abruzzo.

The restaurant is a warm and cozy place for those of you visiting Milan in the winters. You’ll even find a fireplace inside the restaurant. If you’re looking for a quiet and romantic get away with your beloved partner or if you just want to enjoy some time with your family, this restaurant may be just the place for you. You may even take your business partners here, if you need to entertain them or you could propose to your loved one here.

The restaurant is open for lunch (from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm) and for dinner (from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm).

The only part, that you may find a little annoying or uncomfortable, is its location, though you needn’t worry about the parking, if you’re making use of car services in Milan at the time.

The prices here are a little steep but if you’re on a trip, you might as well splurge a little and have some fun. The wines are delicious. These have been preserved for years and are very tasteful.
