Today it is all about trends. Healthy food trends have also changed throughout the history.

What are today’s most modern foods?

1. Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Peanuts, Chestnuts…

Include proteins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E.
They protect your heart, help in hair strengthening, provide beautiful skin and nails, enhance concentration and increase libido.

Chestnuts contain vitamin C and E as well as many minerals - calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese. It is very successful in eliminating heartburn.

2. Blueberries

In addition to the wealth of vitamins and minerals, blueberries contain very valuable antioxidant - anthocyanin, which slows down the loss of mental ability, loss of balance and coordination due to aging and protects against cardiovascular diseases.

3. Cranberries

4. Herbal Tea

White and green tea are considered elixirs that increase life, strengthen the immune system, reduce the risk of heart diseases, slows tumor growth and help in detoxify the body.

5. Pomegranate

6. Tomatoes

7. Salmon
